After last year’s extravaganza of shutting down the Champs Elysées for the brand’s first ever fashion and beauty event at Paris Fashion Week, L’Oréal Paris is back for a second time to put on a spectacular experience once again! L’Oréal has created the world’s first custom designed floating runway on the river Seine, with an expected 200,000 spectators to be watching from the riverbanks.

“Le Défilé L’Oréal Paris is our opportunity to share during Paris Fashion Week® an extraordinary experience with everyone! We are delighted to invite thousands of members of the public to a celebration of every element of our brand’s DNA – Paris, beauty, creativity, fashion and diversity – with the river Seine as our majestic backdrop. Our goal, as ever, is to lead the way in making fashion and beauty trends for all.” says Pierre-Emmanuel Angeloglou, L’Oréal Paris Global Brand President.

On September 30th, titled Le Défilé L’Oréal Paris 2018 (translated into The L’oreal Paris Parade), will literally stop boating traffic on the Seine and will feature top models walking on the floating catwalk wearing outfits from the shows partners Balmain, Ellie Saab, Chopard, Off-White, and Giambattista Valli.
